Exporting Power BI Report Builder(Paginated Report) to PDF with selected Parameters in PDF filename

Hi Team,

I have received a requirement where user want the Power BI Report Builder(Paginated report) report to be exported to PDF with the parameters in the PDF file name when its exported in Power BI service.

E.g-

Report Name: Sales Report

Parameters : Year

So if the report is run for 2023 and when the data is exported to PDF , the PDF file name should be 2023_Sales Report.

Please let me know how to achieve this.

Use the Power Automate action for that. It allows you to specify filters and file names.
