Hello everyone,
I have a dashboard with custom page sizes. When I export the report to PDF using the Power BI Service (online), the resulting PDF file has misaligned visuals, with some charts appearing displaced. This issue does not occur when exporting from Power BI Desktop, where the PDF output is correct and all visuals are properly aligned. The problem is specific to Power BI Online.
Since the end-users will be using the published dashboard and won’t have access to the .pbix file in Power BI Desktop, it’s crucial that this works correctly in the online version.
So far, I’ve tried several solutions without success, such as adjusting the layout, resizing visuals, and experimenting with zoom settings. Unfortunately, switching to a standard page size like A4 is not an option for this specific requirement.
Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I have premium license.
Thank you in advance!

Hi @GilbertQ ,
Thank you very much for responding, I didn't try to create a paginated report, I'll try and let you know if it works so the community knows.

Hi @vinilborges
As far as I am aware, this issue is because the PDF always exports pages as an A4. to overcome this, the only other option I can think of is to create a paginated report before then allow you to export it as you need.
