Dear Community,
When I try to export data to Excel using the eclipse in matrix visual, the exported figures are very far off from those reported in the visual. I believe the exported data have been truncated (to 2k rows only) with no prompts/warnings given. Could anyone assist with this exporting issue?

Which mode are you using, import mode or direct query mode? There are limitations when you export data from visualizations.
If you are using direct query mode, the maximum amount of data that can be exported is 16 MB. This may result in exporting less than the maximum number of rows, especially if there are many columns, data that is difficult to compress, and other factors that increase file size and decrease number of rows exported.
