Is there any way to export the whole dataset which is published in Power BI into excel

If you have the pbix file, in Power BI Desktop you can go to Data View, right click on the table and select copy table, then paste it into your excel file.
If you have the option enabled you can download the pbix from the service in Files> Download report.

@abhi9255 Look into Analyze in Excel - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-analyze-in-excel, but if you are referring to opening a visual (table) and dumping the whole thing out, then no).
