Export underlying data showing only total column

Hi All,

We have connected our PBIX file to dataset using live connection.

When we try to extract data from a visual using underlying data exttract it shows only total rows.

Whereas, when we try to extract data from the same PBIX where the dataset is , it gives appropriate data.
