Export underlying data option disabled in Table Visual

What could be the reason the export underlying data option is disabled? I have exhausted all options, checked the report setting for allow user to export underlying data etc. Even imported just one simple table with three columns - to no avail. The same workspace allows export of underlying data from other reports.

I have Tried Below options:

1) In the Power BI Service Admin portal->Tenant settings, make sure that the "Export data" option in the "Export and sharing settings" section is enabled

2)Enabled Export Option in Report Setting option.

    Hi basirve ,

Please select Allow end users to export both summarized and underlying data from the service option from the Power BI desktop.

    In the Service:

    • Export using Underlying data won't work if:

      • the version is older than 2016.

      • the tables in the model don't have a unique key.

      • an administrator or report designer has disabled this feature.

    • Export using Underlying data won't work if you enable the Show items with no data option for the visualization Power BI is exporting.

    Please refer to the doc:
Export data from a Power BI visualization - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Hope that's what you were looking for.

    Best Regards,

    Yuna
