Export to PDF when open report

Question

I was wondering, how to add some parameters after report link, like https://xxxxxx/xxxxxx/xxxxx&export:pdf .

And when I open this link, report can automatically download pdf file on the local PC.

This is Power BI report not paginate report, I know there is a function for paginate report to export, but have no knowledge on Power BI report.

You can export to PDF with Power Automate . You can set a specific export time for these reports and send an email to these users.I found an official Microsoft document that you can refer to .

Maybe users can install Power App on local machines and create flows.&nbsp;

hi both, many thanks for your advice, but these didn't work for me, you know sometimes users are demanding... and requirement could be tough -_-!!!
