We've just started having an issue where we export reports to PDF and find that random pages are showing up with the message 'This content isn't available.'
We can export the same report several times and different pages may show this error, while those which previously had the error will then display fine. It appears to be very random!
Multiple users are reporting this issue across our business when they try and export reports.
Any ideas on a fix for this? All was fine until the last couple of days and nothing should have changed in the report since it was last working. I've tried to read online to see if anyone else is having the issue and for potential fixes, but cannot find anything relevant.

Hi @all

Hi! This is happening to us too. It started on monday and is getting worse everyday
This has just started happening in our org too. Random exports are missing random pages saying "this content isnt available". One report will miss page 2 and the same report will later miss page 3 when exporting.
We have also had this issue reported.
One page had only a couple of slicers on it, so it doesn't appear to be connected to any visuals.
It has been completely unreproducable, too. Different pages fail to load with each export, then they may all export correctly after a few attempts.
Same here, I am exporitng to power point. It seems to be random there as well. I have advised my users to go export the pages that dont export. It doesn't seem to be an issue with a particular page or slide as I can export the missing slides. I realize this is probably only a solution for PPT and someone who is planning on editing the ppt after the export.
an additional data point. Earlier in the month when my users were exporting a large 48 slide report we were getting alot of failed to export. it was random and I personally could not reproduce the situation.
My speculation is that Microsoft had a lot of complaints and these blank pages may be a result of that issue.
Hi @RogerKirk
Have you noticed what the visuals of the pages that don't show up are? Recently reports containing Map did have a problem when exporting to PDF.

Thanks for sharing that.
Unfortunately, the reports we have don't include any maps.
The pages that have shown as blank have a complete range of different visuals - cards, multi-row cards, line charts, tables etc as well as text boxes and the occaisonal image.
That's interesting. Suggests a wider problem than something we might have specifically caused.
Have you had any luck with any workarounds?
No luck - I had thought it maybe had gone this morning as an issue but spotted it crop up in one of my sends. No consistency to which pages are missing.
Wanted to add that I am finding the same issue today (started yesterday but far more frequent today).
The report loads fine in service, but gets random pages missing when exporting to PDF - across multiple reports.
Report size doesn't seem to be the factor either - I've had it happen on a PBIX file that is less than 1mb and only a one page report. I had initially thought it was because one of the first to fail was a 9 page report.
