Export to PDF creates error

Hello, 

 

Recently i'm having issues exporting reports to PDF, from the portal (fabric?). I can use the option export, and choose options. After that the export starts but ends shortly after with error msg.

 

I tried exporting different reports, on different workspaces but nothing seems to work. I'm getting this error:

This error happens on every option i choose on how to export. 

 

I've been seaching the inet en this forum but no solution yet.

    Hi. You should contact your Power Bi Administrator to check if the feature is enabled. There are configurations to prevent those operations. They can be changed at Admin Portal over Tenant Settings.

      This option is already enabled. I'm the administrator, sorry i let that information out of my message.
