Export to PDF and email

Good morning,

I hope someone can help, its drinving me mad. All i want to do is export and email a report from Power Automate at 4pm every weekday.

But i get this everytime :-

The workspace is setup like this :-

Please someone help, why is this so hard ??/

There is no automated solution for your requirement that works with PPU or Pro licensing. If you are open to third-party solutions, BI Helper https://bihelper.tech will work for you.

Hi. The export to pdf report or file is a dedicated capacity feature. That means it will only work at workspaces with Premium Capacity, Fabric Capacity or Embedded Capacity. The picture you are showing has a Premium Per User. That's not the same, you can't do it with that license.

As an alternative you can subscribe to the report with one account and then create a rule at outlook to forward the email.
