Export to PDF Not Working on PowerBI Web App

Hello,

 

I have multiple users reporting not being able to export to PDF via app.powerbi.com. The option is available as shown below:

However, when they click the PDF option, nothing happens at all. Typically it will give you can option of which values to export with, but not even this comes up. This was working on this same report just a few days ago, and I have confirmed that they cannot do it on other smaller reports either, so I don't think it's an issue with the report. Is this happening to anyone else, and does anyone have any suggestions to work around this? Unfortunately opening in Excel to export that way isn't an option because of how many pages it would need to be.

 

I did see a similar post about this happening with the desktop app, but since the solution for that seemed to be presented with an update to the app, I figured I'd create this case here since it seems to be a separate issue.

This problem has not been fixed yet, engineers are doing their best to solve this problem, thank you for your understanding.
