Export to Excel/Csv is missing for tile in a Power BI dash board

Hi,

Created power bi report and pinned report to dashboard but Export to Excel/Csv is missing for tile in a Power BI dashboard.

How to make "Export to Excel/Csv" available for a tile in a Power BI dashboard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is mentioned in the official documentation you provided that if you are unable to display a feature, then you need to contact your administrator to enable this feature in the tenant settings.

I am not aware of an "Export to Excel" option. The "Export to CSV"  option is present for all tiles that I checked.

What is the data source for the tile where that option is missing?  Is it a tile pointing to a report page rather than a report visual?

The data source for the tile is a Power BI report, which includes tables, pie charts, and graphs.

Is exporting to CSV available only if the report contains only tables?

The link you included is for Report visual exports, not Dashboard Tile exports.

My theory is that Export to CSV is only available for tiles that were pinned from a report visual, and not for tiles that were pinned from a report page.

I do not see any pin option for report visual. I do see pin to dashboard option for report page.

Do I need to enable anything in report settings to see the pin options for report visuals?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

In Edit mode in your report  there will be a header icon for that, Maybe you have disabled header icons for your visuals.
