Export tables to Excel (xlsx or csv) from Share Point without Pro license?

Dear all

 

I am trying to share my Power BI reports with my colleagues who do not have Power BI Pro licenses.

 

Is there any way to allow my colleagues who do not have Pro license or even Power BI Desktop to export Excel (.csv or .xlxs) from Power BI tables on SharePoint by themselves?

    Hi there

    Without a Power BI Pro license they will not be able to view the data or then export the data.

    The only other option is if you are running Power BI premium which would then allow them to be able to view the reports as Power BI Free users.

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    Like GilbertQ said, the most valuable solution is to purchase the premium license which allows you to share the report with free user. if not, you can share the report by directly share the pbix file (But the desktop is needed), then export excel in desktop.
