Hi Team,
I build a report with 5 Pages and published to Power BI Service. The report uswer would like to export the report and there are two scenarios of export:
scenario 1: export page 1 and 3
scenario 2: export page 2,4 and 5
But Power BI service only have the option to export all pages or export current page. Is there any idea how can I EXPORT the specified pages I want?
Thanks for your kindly advice in anvance.

Hi @mshao
Power BI Service doesn’t support exporting specific pages directly, but here’s how you can do it:
Use Bookmarks:
Create bookmarks for the required pages (e.g., Page 1 and 3 or Page 2, 4, and 5). Then, export each bookmark separately.
Copy to New Report:
Duplicate the original report, delete the unwanted pages, and publish a new version for each scenario (e.g., one with Page 1 and 3, and another with Page 2, 4, and 5).
Third-party Tools:
Use tools like Power BI Helper or Power Automate to automate custom exports.
