Export file - Percentage not updating

Hi!

I've implemented an export functionality in our app to export embedded PBI reports to PNG or PDF. Since we're serving a business app where the UX flow is quite important, I wanted to show a progress bar when exporting the report. I tried to poll the function GetExportToFileStatusInGroupAsync. In the returned Export object, there should be a percentage.

I noticed that the percetage was not updating; It jumped from 0 to 100 and there are no in between percentages (even though the export takes 10-30 seconds). Is this a bug? Or what could be the reason for that?

Your export is not complex enough. The percentage is computed from the number of pages rendered vs the overall number of requested pages. You have only one or two pages to render.
