Export dynamic tables automatically

Microsoft provide a report on the usage of M365 products within the tenancy.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/usage-analytics/usage-analytics?view=o365-worldwide

In our situation, we support multiple customers in the one tenancy, so whole tenancy stats aren't really usable. I've been able to customise the the dashboard and filter using Roles and the UPN of the viewer, but that gives a single report for the previous month, which is just a snapshot in time.

I'd like to be able to export and save the data per customer to create some historical graphs. (ideally automate this). How can I export the dynamically created tables from Power Bi?

The data can be sourced from :

Hi @GrantR ,

As the official document said, If you have permissions to the data, you can see and export the data that Power BI uses to create a visualization. Often, data is confidential or limited to specific users. In those cases, you will not be able to see or export that data.
