Export data with free user
I attended a couple of webinars following the Power BI Premium introduction and the changes to the Power BI Free license and I remember that Microsoft said export to powerpoint, excel and csv wasn't ...

Free users can export data from report to PowerPoint, csv/excel. In the following official articles, it doesn't mention that license is required to export data.
