Export data option disappears after publishing on web

Hi

We have tried to publish our first ever power bi book onto internet, only to find that the visuals have lost the three dot points on the top right corner of all the visuals. This means users cannot export any data from the visuals at all. We have published the power bi book through 'Publish to Web' approach, which was to select 'Publish to web' function under File to generate the embed code. Before doing this, I have set the Export Data option to 'Summarised data'. My version of power bi is May 2019, not that new but should still be good enough?

Any ideas to enable data export on internet would be greately appreciated.

Regards

Yong

Can you please check the setting in "Admin Portal".

Path:- Power BI Service >> Settings >> Admin Portal >> Tenant Settings >> Export and Sharing Settings >> EXport Data (Enable).

Please refer the below link for reference.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/guidance/admin-tenant-settings#export-data

Thank you Venal for your prompt reply. But my intention is to publish the power bi book on internet for it to be seen by anybody of the public in the world, not just within my organisation. I am wondering if the Tenant Admin work on the setting is able to help with this at all. And I just found i could simply use the 'Embed' function (instead of 'Publish to web') to generate the code for embedding, and am hoping that may enable data export.

      Thanks again,
