Export data in service
We want to utilize all 3 options available for exporting the data for table visuals:
1.Data with current layout
2.Summerized data
3.Underlying data
In the desktop .pbix file, I selected the second option for Export data, under current file settings-> Export data-> Allow end users to export data with current layout, summarized data and underlying data from the service or Report server".
My problem is, I am able to see all three options for one of my report but I am seeing only first two options enabled and third option "underlying data" is being still disabled for other report even after selecting all 3 options in desktop. Why is it enabled for one report and disabled for other report?
Thanks

Hi power_user_123 ,
It's important to note that if the Power BI admin portal settings conflict with the report settings for export data, the admin settings will override the export data settings.
Please check with the administrator whether the "export data" function is enabled for entire organization in the admin portal.

enable build permissions on the dataset for the users who need to extract the underlying data.
If it still does not help, please provide more details.

On service, go to setting of the report and make sure under export option all category has been selected.

I did that too. But still it is showing only first 2 options and underlying data is still disabled.

Hi power_user_123 ,
Please check user's access to the report or workspace. make sure the user has an access such that they have permission to export underlying data.
