Export data from Dashboard (Pinned as Live)

In my report, I have a Slicer & few other Visuals. I have pinned as Live (Since, slicers are used) the report to a dasboard for Users to use.
There are 3 main requirements from Users:

1. Report/Dashboard should automatically reflect the refreshed data.

2. Use of Slicers (Hierarchy column)

3. Export Data from Visuals.
User wants to export the data from the Dashboard visuals, but there doesn't seem any option to select the tiles, when Pinned as Live.

Is there any workaround to include Slicers and export the data from visuals/Tiles in Dashboards? I am inclided to share the Report over Dashboard to fulfil these requirements. 
Or any other way I can implement these 3 requirements.
