Export a specific report page (using Power Automate) - getting "bad request" error

Hello Community  -  I am using the "Export to File for Power Bi Reports" function in Power Automate with the goal of exporting a specific single page as a PDF via a weekly email.

The tutorial by Microsoft seems simple enough, but I keep getting this error.   I have tried grabbing just the last numeric digits of the URL...I've tried grabbing ReportSectionxxxxxxxx...etc.

I do have RLS set up on the dataset, and have several different roles created.

Just not sure where I am going wrong.   Do I need to add in ALL of the roles?   I am an admin, so I am not in a specific role.   And in fact no one that will be using this report is in a role...as they are all contributors or higher.
