Hi community,
I have a matrix report which contains tow lines :
The first one represents the company.
The second one represents the applications belonging to the corresponding company.
It is possible that a company have many applications (sometimes 100+). In the report on app.powerbi.com, I will obviously have a scrollbar. I need to give it to the client in a PDF format.
Is there a way, instead of scrolling, to have the report going on multiple pages in the exported PDF ?
Many thanks for the answer provided.
Best regards,
Jonathan

Hi @Quenjo
You have basically just described a Paginated Report. These allow you to view matrix and tables with an unlimited number of rows, and export them to PDF or other export types, wihout scrollbars.
Paginated Reports are available with Premium Per User and better licences.
See: Paginated reports in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
If you only have a Pro licence, the new "Exportable Formatted Tables" in Data Hub gives something like the same feature set:

Hope this helps

Hi @Burningsuit ,
I have the PowerBi Pro version. Indeed, the "Exportable Formatted Tables" seems to be a great solution. Although, I can not find how to apply some filters in the paginated reports.
I do not want to export the whole dataset. Is there a way to do so ?
Many thanks for the clarification.
Best regards,
Jonathan
Hi @Quenjo
No, the "Formatted Tables"option does not allow filtering. We can speculate that it may in the future, but for now, if you need filtering and other features, you'll need a Power BI Premium Per user licence.
Hope this help
