Export Underlying Data- how to disable but allow summary export only?

In PBI Desktop it only exports the summary data, but in the service it has the option to export Underlying Data.   This causes issues for us as we will do things like graph employee counts per depa...

    Hi OneWithQuestion,

     

    You could hide those columns containing personal sensitive data in desktop. After publishing to service, those hidded columns won't be shown when you export underlying data.

Hide option from column list does not hide it from exported underlying data. Is there anything else we need to do adding to original solution? Please suggest.
