Export Power BI Report.
Hi All,
Iam trying to townload a power bi report as pdf from power bi service using power automate. I have premium per user license. But it gives me following error code in power auto mate.
{"error":{"code":"FeatureNotAvailableError","pbi.error":{"code":"FeatureNotAvailableError","parameters":{},"details":[]}}}
Can anybody give a solution for this please?
Thank you.
Hi AUDISU ,
Please note:
- At least one workspace in your Power BI tenant backed by a reserved capacity. This capacity can be any of the A1/EM1 - A6/P3 SKUs. Read more about reserved capacities in Power BI Premium.
- Access to the standard connectors in Power Automate, which come with any Office 365 subscription.
For more information, please refer to:Export and email a report with Power Automate - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Hi AUDISU
Unless you have a specific reason to use Power Automate, you can automate the selection of dynamic filter and slicer values at report run-time entirely within Power BI. See https://medium.com/p/bfebd39d4c84 for details.
BI Helper is a third-party SaaS tool that automates the generation and emailing of PDF / PPTX reports from Power BI, within and outside your organization. It works with a Power BI Pro license.
