Export Power BI Report as PDF automatically

Hello,

I need to automate emailing of Power BI reports as PDFs to sales people.

I tried to use Power Automate but got an error: "Report requested for export is not on dedicated capacity"

Is there any way to achive this with Pro or PPU?

Too my knowledge this has always been required to have Premium license and Pro or PPU alone will not allows this.
