Hi all,
I have a paginated report published into Power BI service. The pages in the report varies based on the selection of a parameter (category). I want to export the report as a pdf file for each of the category available in parameter selection and save it in a sharepoint location, automatically.
Is this possible within Power BI or any other integrations like Power Automate? If yes please suggest the right way to do it.
Any help would e much appreciated! Looking forward to a response

Hey @roshnisv ,
as you suggested the best way is to export with Power Automate and then save it in Sharepoint:
Be aware that the workspace has to be in Premium or Premium per User capacity.

The provided URL doesn't address the steps of exporting a pagination report to another file type (in my case Word) and then put that Word document into a SP location. I have the 'export file to paginated report' action. Still trying to pin down an action that will work automatically (like a report refresh). And can NOT figure out how to get that exported Word file saved to SP....
Hi Denis,
This feature "Export to file for Paginated reports" still seems to be in preview. Any idea if this would be launched anytime soon?
Thanks!
