Export Limit at 300 Rows not 30,000

Has anyone encountered this issue? Starting late last week my desktop app (an existing file that has exsited for sometime, no source changes or anything) started throwing the standard "Data Exceeds the limit" message noting that sampling may occur.

 

However, the file is nowhere near 30,000 rows. Through modifying filters I was able to identify that it was actually throwing that error at 300 rows not 30,000. This is now consistent across all of my Power BI reports.


Anyone run into this, and better yet have a solution?
