This can be troubleshooted by following the steps below:
1. Ensure that the dataset to be exported does not exceed the Power BI export data limitations, refer to the following document for specific limitations.

2. If you are exporting from powerbi desktop, please upgrade the version to the latest and try again.

3.If you are exporting from powerbi service, please select the export to data option.

4.Make sure you have the permissions you need to export your data, as some organizational settings may restrict export functionality.
