Helper IVExport Data from PowerBI Service to Excel.
Hello All,
Can anyone please help me with the below-described scenario?
Scenario:- I have a .pbix file with 9.5 lakhs rows published on the Power BI service. While trying to export data into excel it is exporting only 1.5 lakhs rows.
Can anyone please provide an alternative solution so that I should be able to export complete data in a single file? (P.S - Excel maximum limit to store rows is 10 lakhs)

This is a known limitation mentioned in the documentation .

The maximum number of rows that Power BI Desktop and Power BI service can export from a .csv file is 30,000.

The maximum number of rows that the applications can export from an .xlsx file is 150,000.
As mentioned by lbendlin ,you can try to get data from Power BI into Excel using the Analyze in Excel feature,
you can also consider using Dax studio to retrieve the data from Power BI Desktop or Power BI Premium capacity datasets.

Don't export. Instead, use "Analyze in Excel" to connect to the data model live.
