Expand/collapse button not working

Hi Friends,

I am having a problem with matriz expand/collapse buttons with two hierarchized rows, the button works on all rows properly for some users, but for other users it doesn't work on some rows, it just do nothing, it is weird. We have tried different browsers, and clearing cache and cookies with no success.

Does anybody experience a similar situation and knows how to fix it?

The problema was fixed cleaning the hidden filters.

No way of knowing how those filters were applied!

I have opend a case to support, just in case they can help us, recreating the visual is quite complex, and it works in some computers. I tried to redeploy the report, but that didn't fix the problem.

Thanks for your help. That's right, in some rows it won't turn into a "-" and don't expand the child level, but it just happen in some computers. In the computer it happens, it won't work despite the browser used.

Regarding your question, do you mean that after clicking on the "+", it will not turn into a "-" and expand the child level? You can try to delete the matrix and recreate the same matrix.
