Exchange tables blank after refresh

I have a few tables that pull from Exchange calendars, as well as our database through a gateway. I can connect and populate everything on Desktop fine. When I publish to the service, everything is there and looks fine (as it should be since the initial dataset is uploaded from Desktop). When I refresh the dataset, the Exchange tables go blank but the gateway tables refresh as expected. I get no error messages when the dataset refreshes.

I read other posts about how any boolean filters you set up might cause the error, so I experimented by creating a new report that pulled from the exchange calendars with no filters, but got the same result. I also created a new report with different exchange accounts but got the same result (blank tables after refreshing the dataset through the service).

Edit: I should add that we have an on-premises exchange server. Reading other articles, I tried switching the sign in on Power BI desktop from an exchange account to a microsoft account. When I sign in with the microsoft account the tables go blank when I refresh. When I sign back in under Exchange, the records come back, so this might have something to do with it (Power BI Service is probably using the same method as the Microsoft Account in Desktop and returning the same blank tables).

Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried both with the same result. Currently it is set to regular exchange.
