Excel write back connected to Power BI dataset.
Hey, I'm in need to make a form to edit values in excel from powerbi dataset. So that other people could entry the values and it would appear in report
here is what im doing/trying to do:
PowerBI report dataset input with excel extension
Excel makes pivotable
Need additional column for form, to manually input a forecast
And to take it back to Powerbi report
Is there any possibility to do it without using additional database tool/excel extension? (like Acterys or PoweronBi)
p.s. for powerapps the dataset is too large (Pbix is connected to sql database)
Many thanks!

Thanks for the reply, maybe there is excel tool that you can suggest? Like acterys, but maybe cheaper? Cause acterys ask around 50$ a month for a user.

Power BI was fundamentally designed as a one way street. Only a radical design change can help.
Look for other tools.
