Excel failed to connect to the Semantic Model.
Thanks for the reply from Tutu_in_YYC.
Hi Charles3 ,
Based on the screenshot you provided it is clear that your connection string is MSOLAP.8.
Try changing the connection string from MSOLAP.8 to MSOLAP.7.
Here is a link with a similar problem, some users have bypassed repeated authentication prompts this way:

Thanks for the help.
But I didn't find MSOLAP.7 to download.
Any tips?
I also noticed that PCs with Windows 11 worked.
Most PCs that use the Excel connection and fail are Windows 10 Pro.

Hi Charles3 ,
I've boxed in the screenshot you gave, you can just change it here, if it reports an error, drop downand remove “Catalog Rebound=True;” from the connection string and save, you won't need to log in again next time you open it.

thanks for the help.
However, it didn't work.
When I delete this part of the connection and click save, the authentication request continues in a loop.
When analyzing the connection string again, this information, which I had deleted, appears again in the file.
