Excel Online not working

Hello everyone, sorry for my english.


If I create user on admin portal, not working Excel Online in PB service.
But if I register user on https://powerbi.microsoft.com, Excel Online working in PB service.

    Hi arti_shock ,

    Can you please share more details? Do you mean that you share the report to users but they can't view it?  Or you can't view it? Is there any error message? You could reference the document (Get data from Excel workbook files) to try getting data again.
