Excel Export Option Disappears on Paginated Report

When posting a paginated report to the service, I noticed recently that the excel export option no longer appears in the export menu.  

 

 

When I run the report in the desktop paginated report builder I have no issue exporting this file to excel.  

 

Any suggestions why this feature is not available once published to the service?  Thanks!

    Can other reports be exported to excel?

    Hi Anonymous, 

     

    No, I am not seeing the option for other reports either.  I know at one time the option was available and tested.   Tried redeploying the reports to see if that would restore the option and it didn't seem to help.

     

    I can still export reports to excel from paginated reports builder in desktop just not in the cloud when deployed to premium workspaces.
