Exact match only to be displayed- Dropdown Search

Hi Team,

I have a dropdown column. When a user searches say abc, I want only the exact match to be displayed. Right now when the user searches 'abc' , all the options which contain 'abc' are displayed like 'abcde' 'xyabc' 'fgabc' 'abc'. But I want only 'abc' (exact match) to be displayed.

Looking for a solution for the above.
