Hi @Athira4 -Ensure that the URL for the OData feed is correct and accessible. Sometimes, the source may have changed, or the feed URL might have issues.Authentication or Permission Issues: There could be a problem with authentication or credentials to access the OData feed. Ensure that your login credentials are correct and that you have permission to access this specific feed.Data Model Complexity: If this specific dashboard pulls in a much larger or more complex data model compared to the other dashboards, there might be a timeout issue or other server-side resource limitations.

  • Check Data Source Credentials in Power BI Service:

    • In Power BI Service, go to Settings > Datasets.
    • Find the dataset corresponding to the report throwing the error.
    • Under Data source credentials, re-enter valid credentials for the OData feed.
  • Verify OData URL:

    • Ensure that the URL of your OData source is correct. You can copy the URL and try to access it directly in a browser to see if it prompts for credentials or displays data.
  • Authentication Method:

    • Verify that you're using the correct authentication method (e.g., OAuth2, Basic) for the OData feed. Business Central OData feeds usually require OAuth2 authentication.
  • Check Power BI Desktop:

    • If you're using Power BI Desktop to develop the report, go to the Data Source Settings (File > Options and Settings > Data Source Settings), and update the credentials for the OData source there.
