Error with auto refresh while no error with manual refresh

Hi,

Please help what makes this repeated error on my PBI.

Auto refresh using Power automate(when file uploaded then refresh PBI) always got this error but if I open PBIX file and refresh manually then it has no issue.

Hi, @jeongkim

Thanks for SaiTejaTalasila reply. According to the error message, this is due to your current Workbooks being encrypted thus preventing Power Automate from auto-refreshing. When connecting to workbooks using Power BI Desktop, credentials and permissions have been established in PBI Desktop, but these may not transfer during the auto refresh process, resulting in the error. If you want to enable automatic refresh using Power Automate, the only current way is to remove the encryption.
