Hi @Anonymous ,

"Impersonation" error is often about authentication.  Are you using the right userid for the Gateway?  That userid has permissions?  Is that a userid that is a domain user?

I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!

Hi @collinq

Can we edit/delete an existing connection under the gateway?

I am using the windows login that I use to login into the sql server still it shows authentication error.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Yes, you can delete and re-add a gateway.  BUT, you will probably have to re-link that gateway on your scheduled refreshes / reports that are using that gateway.

I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!

Hi, @Anonymous

Your  gateway does not seem to have any problems, it seems like just  an error is reported when refreshing report.

Can it be refreshed on the PowerBi  desktop?

Has the table name, column name or structure of the table been changed in the database?(for example:A column name was changed  from lowcase to uppercase,a column in the table is removed/added  )

Please ensure that the tables structure of the data source is consistent with the table structure of the dataset on the service, so that the data can be refreshed .

I noticed this "Table: Won_count" in the error message,  it may be a table in the database. Please check whether  it has be modified.
