Error while refreshing in power bi service

Hi all

I am fetching data from Snowflake into power bi and in desktop the refresh is working fine but in service the scheduled refresh is failing since few days and manual refresh getting succeeded without any changes after 2-3 failed attempts. Below is the error I am getting.  If there is any issue with data even after 2-3 failed attempts in power bi service it shouldn't be able to refresh. But the refresh is successful sometimes but not all times. Can any one please help

Could you please download the pbix file? Can you refresh it on the Power BI Desktop successfully? Please check the the credentials in the Service versus and  in the Desktop. If the credentials is quite different, the error maybe occur.  

On the Service, in the Edit Credentials Privacy Level settings  had “None” and in the Desktop  had “Public.”  In both, the Authentication Method was “Anonymous”.  As soon as we went to the Service dataset, to the Data Source Credentials and modified them to “Public” it worked fine.

Even though my data set was refreshing via a personal gateway, I went to update the On-Premise gateway just to eliminate the possibility. I went to download the gateway update file and it kept failing to download... so I check the available disk space on our virtual machine and bam... 0 bytes free.

If I have misunderstood your meaning, please provide more details with screenshots.
