Error while mapping UPN and managing UPN

Hi Anonymous ,

 

It doesn't have to be Power BI serive admin.

You can try according to the document:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-gateway-enterprise-manage-ssas#map-user-names-for-analysis-services-data-sources 

If the problem persists,It is recommended that you create a support ticket to help you.
