Hi, I need help with the following error. Occurs when the report is shared with other users of the company. The report contains maps, will it be related to it?
Thanks
Hi. @Loreto1710 ;
Hi, @Loreto1710 ;
Please check a couple of things:
1) If using a Pro or PPU license, make sure the person being shared has a professional license.
2)check the permissions of the workspace and datasets.
Generally speaking, if it is a simple report sharing, the permissions of the dataset are set by yourself when sharing, but if the user is granted access to the workspace, the permissions of the dataset will be automatically defined according to the access of the workspace.
If you don't want users to modify or create your reports, you can change user access to 'viewer'.
Different datset permission:
Workspace role capability:
3) Check that your row-level security does not affect the whitespace values given to those users.
The most common problem is permissions.

HI @Loreto1710
Do you have another report that you can share without a map successfully?
You could also try and remove the map from the report, upload to an App workspace and see if you can then share.
If you can share without the map, chat to your Power BI Admin to make sure that they are not restricting Custom Visuals?
