Error when refreshing report in Power BI

Hello,

I set to automatically update reports in Power BI Service. I am getting this error:

Before the data import for finished, its data source timed out. Double-check whether that data source can process import queries, and if it can, try again.

How I could resolve this issue?

Hi, @Analitika ;

The issue may be the server the data gateway was installed in was unusually slow, a reboot of this server may be resolve the issues.
