Error when refreshing dataset in service

Hi LotteLaugesen,

The root cause of this sudden refresh failure is hidden inside the detailed JSON text of your first screenshot:

 

"We were unable to find the WebView2 runtime. You can manually download the runtime installer here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=2124703"

 

This means your dataset contains a web-scraping query or an advanced cloud connection that requires the Microsoft Edge WebView2 engine to authenticate or parse data pages. Because your dataset relies on an On-Premises Data Gateway (WeDoData), the gateway host server itself is missing this required windows dependency, causing the Power Query

 

Maybe there was a gateway update or a web page change that caused this issue.

 

Install WebView2 on the Gateway Server Machine directly onto the host machine where your WeDoData On-Premises Data Gateway software is running.

 

Once WebView2 is active on the gateway host machine and your data source maps completely, trigger a manual refresh from your workspace to clear out the error loop.
