Error when "Create App" - Message: "App Already Exists", despite old app being unpublished

Hi All 

I am currently experiencing an Issue when trying to "Re-Create" an app for a workspace. 

I had issues with the old app, and therefore Unpublished it, as I read a support post suggesting this.
However, this only made it worse, as the app is now gone, but has left some small residual waste, preventing me from creating a new app.

Has anyone encountered this and found a solution

I would appreaciate your feedback/support
