Error when loading data from Business central in Powerbi Service

Is the Source Authentication username/password the same in your Power BI Desktop when compared to the one that was registered in Power BI Service?
I wonder if your Power BI Service registered username does not have access to that data.
For example, you might be using an admin user account when you connect to the database but when you created a gateway entry in the service, you might have used a "Business Viewer" named account which is heavily restricted.

After input usename and password again in PowerBI Service.
