Error when installing\registering Power BI Data Gateway on server

 

 

We are getting this when trying to install the data gateway for Power BI on our server.

Failed to sign in. Please verify your credentials and try again.

AADSTS51004: To sign into this application the account must be added to the XXXXXXXXX directory.

    Hi dixityashovardh,

     

    Did you install On-Premise Data Gateway or Personal mode Gateway?

     

    For the sign in account, please check this document to make sure the account you typed meets the requirement.
