Error when creating a workspace (on Pro version)
Hi All,
I am quite new to Power BI and am currently facing an issue where I cannot create a workspace for my Power BI report. My account is the Pro version.
I used my student email made from my university (already graduated) to log in. I got an error message saying "Creation of app workspaces is disabled by your tenant admin, or you need permissions to create them. Please contact your tenant admin."
Any advice on how to fix this problem?

Hi. The error means that the Power Bi Admin for the company/education accounts has disable the ability to create them. You can try reaching IT or if you know the PowerBi Admin. That's an option in Tenant Settings under Power Bi Admin portal. You can't change it.
If you want to keep going on your test you can try creating your own organizational account at microsoft for free.
