Error when creating MySQL data source in Power BI Gateway

    For anyone reading this thread, the problem was resolved by rebooting the PBI Gateway Server

    However, if you read my original message, you'll see that I have already installed the connector. This was evidenced by the fact that I was able to connect to the MySQL database from Power Bi Desktop, which was running on the same server.

      Hi ehup,

       

      Have you updated the data gateway to the latest one? If issue issue persists, the issue should be related to the machine specific. I would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated support.
