Error when add data sources to use the gateway

I can't add source data from share point

The following error message appears:

 "We could not register this data source for all gateway instances within this cluster. Please find more details below about specific errors for each gateway instance."

"Cannot conncet to the mashup data source"

What should I do?

Do you connect to SharePoint online data source or on-premises SharePoint data source in your dataset? If you are using SharePoint Online, you don't need to add the data source within gateway. Go to Settings->Datasets and find your dataset , you should find that Power BI Service connect directly to your data source, after you edit the credential for your data source, you are able to set schedule refresh for the dataset.

if you are connecting to on-premises SharePoint, as mentioned in the above error message, the input URL is not vaild, please check the SharePoint Site URL.
